Gov. Rick Perry on Federalism
Texas Governor Rick Perry has been one of the leading voices for checking federal power and over state policy and for a more robust interpretation of the 10th Amendment to the Constitution, which states: βThe powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.β
