Following up on two prior reports, this edition reviews research on charter schools that has come out over the last two years and summarizes findings from previous years. Eighty-eight major reports now show that charter schools are improving education for America's children; as the research overwhelmingly shows, charter schools are innovative, accountable, and successful.
